comfortable stay but missing some details
The room upgrade was a wonderful surprise, providing us with ample space and comfort. The quality of the food served in the restaurant stood out with its unique twist on traditional pub fare.
A couple of hooks for hand towels would improve the bathroom experience.

Exceptional home-cooked evening meals.
My stay was marred by a disturbingly noisy atmosphere. The mattress in my room was uncomfortably lumpy, leading to a terrible night's sleep. I could hear a compressor or cooling unit throughout the night, making it nearly impossible to rest. I expressed my concerns to the staff, but rather than offering a solution, it felt like I was being redirected to book a different room next time, which I definitely won’t do.

We had a blast staying with friends! We explored the Cotswold Farm Park, which was perfect for a fun day outdoors, and enjoyed the nice views on a lovely walk. The rooms were spacious and the staff were friendly. Just a heads up on the menu. some guests might find the options skewed towards fried foods.
One thing I'd mention is the seating in the restaurant. It could be more comfortable, especially after a long day. Those old chairs were a bit tough to sit on for too long.
